My favorite symphonic form is a poem. In this form I included my composition entitled John Fiddler. This poem has a program character inspired by the novel by Henryk Sienkiewicz of the same title.
The first part is POLONEZ
The second part is BLUES
The third part is LARGO entitled "MUSIC LIKE THE SEA"
The fourth part is the MORTAL MARCH
The fifth part is the MAZURKA
The heart of the poem is the third part entitled "MUSIC LIKE THE SEA", which refers to the words of Sienkiewicz - "music is like the sea - we stand on one bank, the ather bank is invisible".
